BARC | INTEGRATED MARKETING Appoints Brian Gillespie, Vice President, Creative
Director & John Anthony Randazzo Vice President, Management Supervisor of San Francisco Headquarters
San Francisco (May 5, 2008) – BARC, a growing, independent mid-size integrated marketing agency specializing in channel and shopper marketing, today announced the appointment of Brian Gillespie as Vice President Creative Director and John Anthony Randazzo, Vice President, Management Supervisor of the company’s headquarters in San Francisco. Both will report to Chief Executive Officer, John Randazzo Sr.
Brian and John bring more than 25 years of collective marketing experience to BARC having worked with industry leaders such as Procter & Gamble, Warner Bros., Nestle, American Express and Burger King. Both joined BARC from The Integer Group Denver, where they led the strategic planning and creative execution of Procter & Gamble’s award-winning national and customer specific in-store marketing initiatives for P&G’s Bounty, Charmin and Pampers brands. Their collective work focused on innovation within the retail environment for P&G and their customers while ensuring consistency across the brand portfolio. Customer specific programs included unique executions for retail giants such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Costco, Target and Kroger.

Brian Gillespie, Vice President, Creative Director
Prior to The Integer Group, Brian was Vice President, Creative Director of the Los Angeles based entertainment marketing agency, EMAK Worldwide / Equity Marketing where he was responsible for directing and implementing promotional marketing programs for the adult, youth and family promotions for Burger King. In addition, Brian also had corporate responsibilities which included the development of the brand strategy and identity for the new parent company, EMAK Worldwide as well as the re-branding of its seven subsidiaries.
Before joining EMAK, Brian managed several award-winning national programs at industry-leading firms such as UPSHOT and Draft Chicago managing creative teams for blue chip clients such as AB’s Budweiser and Bud Light Brands, SBC Global Network and Absolut.
Industry recognition for Brian’s work includes a Gold Reggie Award for the P&G launch of Pringles Jeckels, Bronze Reggie Award for the P&G launch of New Bounty and a Pro Award for the 7Up “Break Out” interactive campaign.
Brian has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Kansas.
John Anthony Randazzo, Vice President, Mangement Supervisor
Prior to joining The Integer Group, John worked for several flagship marketing and advertising agencies in Chicago including Frankel & Co., where he worked on; McDonald’s Restaurants, United Airlines, and Ameritech. Before joining Frankel, John managed advertising and direct marketing programs at FCB for Gatorade and Gatorade line extensions. John began his career at Ogilvy & Mather Direct working on the Sears and American Express brands.
John has a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
